Spicy Tamarind Marinade kangkong
Material:
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing
* 200 grams of spinach, siangi
* 3 sheets of orange leaves
* Salt to taste
* Ground pepper to taste
* Sugar to taste
* 5 grains of walnut, fried or roasted
* 2 large red chili pepper fruit
* 7 fruits red cayenne pepper
* 5 red onions
* 3 cloves garlic
How to Make:
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant, stir well.
2. Enter the water spinach, stir, put salt, pepper, and sugar, cook until the spinach wilted, remove from heat.
3. Serve
