
Mento Bread
Material:
    * 10 MTD bread without skin
    * 500 cc coconut milk
    * 3 eggs
    * 1 / 2 tsp salt, mix well with coconut milk and eggs
    * Banana leaves for wrapping
Material contents:
    * 300 gr minced meat
    * 2 MTD bread, pour hot water, wring it out, destroy
Grind spices in:
    * Two tsp coriander, toasted
    * 1 / 4 tsp cumin, toasted
    * 2 rounded teaspoon pepper
    * 3 cloves garlic
    * 5 shallots
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 tsp java acidic
    * 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Method:
    * Stir into one: meat loaf, bread, crushed and ground spices. Take a piece of bread dipped in coconut milk mixture.
    * Place the two pieces of banana leaves, put in the middle of 1-2 tablespoons of meat mixture, fold in half, put 1-2 tablespoons of coconut mixture, wrap.
    * Steam until cooked. Serve with chili sauce round.
