Bread Custard


Bread Custard


Material:


* 12 slices of bread without skin

* 100 grams of fried cashew nuts, roughly chopped

* 100 gr raisins, rinsed, drained

* 4 eggs

* 150 gr sugar

* 1 tablespoon grated orange rind Sunkist

* 500 cc milk



How to Make:


1. Boil milk and orange peel. Strain while still warm, set aside. Beat sugar and eggs, pour the milk, stir well.

2. Grease a bread with margarine surface, telungkupkan on heat-resistant dish, and bake until bread yellow, remove from oven. Sprinkle cashew nuts and raisins, pour the milk and egg batter. Bake in oven until browned.
