
Sambal Tempe
Material:
* 150 grams tempeh
* Sufficient amount of cooking oil, for frying
* 7 fruits red cayenne pepper
* 1 large red chilli fruit
* 3 cloves garlic
* 3 cm kencur
* Salt to taste
* Basil to taste
How to Make:
1. Fry until cooked tempeh
2. By using cobek: cayenne pepper puree with a large red chilies, garlic, kencur, and salt. Enter Tempe, rough pestle, add the basil leaves and stir well.
3. Serve hot.
